  Jacques Bermon Webster I, born April 30, 1990, more commonly called Travis Scott (formerly Travi$ Scott) is an American artist and rapper. The stage name he uses is the name of a beloved uncle, and also the initial name of Kid Cudi, his inspiration (whose real name was Scott Mescudi). In 2012, Scott signed his first major label contract with Epic Records. He also signed a publishing contract for GOOD Music with Kanye West. Scott signed a joint-recording contract with Epic and T.I. He signed a contract for joint-recording with Epic as well as T.I. Scott's first full-length project the mixtape Owl Pharaoh, was self-released in 2013. In 2013, Scott released his first full-length mixtape called Owl Pharaoh. It was then followed by Days Before Rodeo. Rodeo (2015) was his debut studio album. It included the smash song "Antidote". The second album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) hit number one on the Billboard 200. Scott released Birds in the Trap: Sing McCKnight (2016) with Quavo under the name of Huncho Jack. In the year 2018, Astroworld was released to praise from the critics. It was the first album to feature his Billboard Hot 100 top 100 single, "Sicko Mode" feat. Drake. In late 2019, Scott's label Cactus Jack Records released the compilation album JackBoys which debuted at the top of the Billboard 200. The single, "Franchise", featuring Young Thug (featuring M.I.A. ), was released. Scott became the first artist on the Hot 100 to release three singles at the top spot in less than one year in 2020.
